An Ulrich Franzen modernist structure finished in 1965. Created for the guests of Eleanor and Lawerence Bloedel. Fanciful in design but through its beauty provides well thought out space for everything. Situated next to the pond it was a wonderful place for the family and friends to gather. Its location and architecture promoted conversation and a place to enjoy libations and victuals while skating in the winter or swimming and stargazing on summer nights.
