Minimum Stays
Please note that we require a two-night minimum stay.

Arrival and Departure
Check-in is between 3 and 8 p.m. if you will be earlier or later, please contact us so that we can make arrangements accordingly. Check-out is prior to or at 11 a.m.

Children and Pets
We welcome children over the age of 12. The only exception to this policy is when the entire house is rented to a single individual or group and then it is at the discretion of the Innkeeper.

Service Animals that perform a task under the guidelines of the ADA are welcome. This, according to ADA, extends to dogs only. Support Animals and pets are not permitted.

Please note that this is a no smoking property. Smoking cigarettes, cannabis, or vaping will not be tolerated.

Cancellations
We understand that plans change. We ask that you provide us notification 14 days prior to your reservation for a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. If your reservation is for 7 or more days, or you have rented 3 or more rooms, or it is one of the following: Presidents week, Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July weekend, Williams Graduation weekend, Williams Alumni weekend, Labor Day weekend, Williams Parents weekend, Columbus Day weekend; we ask for notification 30 days prior. If you cancel within 14 days (30 for 7+ days or 3+ rooms or listed special weekends) you will be charged automatically on the credit card on file for your reservation less the deposit already received. A $50.00 processing fee per accommodation will be charged on all cancellations and will be deducted from the refund. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your statement. Any change in your reservation dates within the time limits listed above will be considered a cancellation and subject to the same penalty fees. However, if we are able to re-book your room, we will happily apply your deposit minus $50 towards your future stay. (this credit is non-transferable)

The Trustees of Reservations Member Discounts
Members of the Trustees of Reservations receive a 10% discount off their room rate for stays of two nights. For members reserving multiple rooms the discount is applicable to the room in which the member is staying. All others will be charged at the full rate. Click here to join The Trustees.
