The Guest House at Field Farm is open year round! Though it is an absolute respite from noise and hustle and bustle all year long, winter is especially quiet. Most of the 80 species of birds that reside here in the warmer months have gone. The amphibians are hunkered down underground. You can here the sound of the wind and the cold cracking the trees. The crunch of your feet on frozen grass and snow. And smell the smoke wafting from the Inn’s living room and toasty homes nearby.
